ArSRLM (Arunachal State Rural Livelihoods Mission) aims to reach out to the Poorest of the Poor (PoP) households across 25 districts,  114 blocks, 4211 villages and stay engaged with them till they cross the Rubicon (threshold) of poverty. At present, 55 Blocks in  22 District of the state and the rest will be covered under Non-Intensive blocks.
